Everything you need to know to start flash photography in 2 days!

The duration of the courses are approximately 4-5 hours/day.

On the first day we start with a fun photo quiz, and discuss all the technical details of light, cameras and flashes.

On the second day we explore the creative possibilities of flash photography.

Dance photography at its best!

Introduction to the one of the most beautiful and hardest genres of photography

Presenter: Janos Lakatos photographer, NIVO awarded choreographer and professional dance teacher.

Program: 

1. Theory (120 minutes) Keynote presentation with live dancers.

2. action (around 180 minutes) Photoshoot session together.

1/a Theory: common tips and tricks for dance photo shooting. Geometry of poses and movements. 

What do you need to pay attention to, when instructing a model? 

1/b Theory: technical terms in dancing

How to communicate effectively with dancers during a session? 

We learn 30 dance terms and we practice them as we shoot.

2 Action! Guided exercise of a dance photography session. Improvisation, adaptation, composing and timing of dance moves. 

Instruct the dancers with your dance terms vocabulary! 

You might need a notebook or laptop for taking notes, and bring your camera & lenses for the action!
